Beetroot. Cocoa. is our juice for the cold season. Thanks to the slightly earthy flavor of beetroot, it's a perfect match for more than just game dishes. The fruity and chocolatey notes of cocoa make this blend wonderful with desserts, as well as with foie gras, served as a terrine or roasted. We also use the juice of the cocoa fruit, which adds a slight acidity. Beetroot. Cocoa. releases different aromas and flavors with every degree of boiling.
